The work carried out in the chromatography laboratory is aligned with the research area of “Quality and Functional Properties of Food” of PPGCTA. Chromatography is a technique used in food quality control that presents high accuracy and precision in the results, allowing the identification and quantification of chemical components present in foods with great reliability. Cepa Chromatography Laboratory has Liquid Chromatography (HPLC / UV, HPLC-MS/MS and Fluorescence) and Gas Chromatography (CG-MS).
