The Post-Graduation Program in Design and Manufacturing Processes (PPGPPF) aims to effectively contribute to the regional technological development by qualifying master’s degree students that are oriented to work in industry, and conducting advanced studies in mechanical design and manufacturing processes with focus on the technical and scientific knowledge for engineers and professionals of related areas.

The master’s degree program is oriented to Mechanical Engineers and related professionals. The professional knowledge to be developed by the master’s students includes the main aspects inherent in the several phases of a mechanical design and in the manufacturing processes of machinery and equipment.

The admission to the master’s program is annual and the academic disciplines are offered every semester. The classes are preferably held on Fridays (in the morning, afternoon or evening) and on Saturdays in the morning and, occasionally, in the afternoon. The disciplines can also be offered in concentrated periods when there is agreement between the students and the responsible professors.
